This campout is a chance to learn more about the Northwest tribes as well as make drums and start carving our totems. Should be another great event and a chance to work on the Indian Lore Merit Badge.

Where: Indianola Beach Improvement Club Rose Marie McClung Park (the park at the base of the stairs next to the dock) How to get there: 1. Go North on HWY 3 from Silverdale to Poulsbo 2. Take the HWY 305 exit and merge right onto State Highway 305 NE/WA-305 S toward Poulsbo/Bainbridge Island/Kingston. 3. Turn left onto WA-307/Bond Rd NE, which is a big intersection. Go to the next stoplight 4. Turn right onto NE Gunderson Rd at the stoplight. Go until it ends at a stoplight, 2.3 miles. 5. Turn left onto Miller Bay Rd NE., go a third of a mile to the next light. 6. Take the 1st right onto Indianola Rd NE., and follow it to the end 3.2 miles. The dock is straight ahead, park where you can. Go down the steps to the right of the dock, and the Rose Marie Park is at the bottom of the stairs on the right. If you want to mapquest it, you can use the Indianola Country Store, which is three houses from the dock: 9175 Northeast Shore Drive, Indianola, WA 98342 We will be digging holes, leveling the ground, pouring cement and placing joist braces.
