The cost is $12 per person because I think we'll have enough belayers from the troop to belay for us. The cost includes climbing shoes and a harness but you can bring your own as well. Any adults that attend and are qualified to belay beforehand can help out belaying (sign up on the website too). The number of belayers necessary depends on how many boys attend as well as how much climbing each wants to do (generally, the more the merrier). If a boy is 16 years old or older and qualified to belay at the gym beforehand, then they can belay another boy.
