8 volunteers to work 2 three hours shifts plus at least 1 professional
- Make sure the site is safe (mark off work area)
- Demolition of existing stairs, hand rails, and timber ties
- Excavate holes for foundation (2 feet deep)
- Set foundation forms
- Call county to request foundation inspection
