Wilderness Survival Merit Badge.
Starts like a normal backpack to Camp Handy- we spend Friday night in tents- then on Saturday, it’s on to Milk Creek- where the boys have to survive for 24 hours with only their 10 essentials. We work on setting snares, building fires and building their shelters for the night—great chance to earn the Wilderness Survival MB- Adults who go get to sleep in their tents—(we’re wimps)
