· On July 1, the registration fee for participants and leaders went up from $35 to $45. If you are not signed up, contact Mr Bougan to add you to the list- the cost will be $45 per scout/adult.
Program
We've got a great program planned at WashJam 2009. You'll have to see it to believe it. Check out the program links at www.washjam.org for more information.
* The Cub Kingdom, with dozens of activities for our noble young knights of Cub Scouting
* Over 40 different activities planned for Boy Scouts
* The Mountain Man Rendezvous for Varsity Scouts
* Extreme activities for Venturers, including pistol shooting and SCUBA
* Many of the program activities are 'crossover' activities - Cubs can participate in some of the Boy Scout and Varsity activities, Boy Scouts can also participate in Varsity activities, etc.
* We'll have two huge evening shows (Friday and Saturday), and a big fireworks show on Saturday (subject to fire hazard restrictions)
* A big midway with demonstrations, exhibits, and military equipment
