ERROR  CANNOT OPEN DATABASE:

c:\databases\troop1539.mdb

Please verify and correct the following lines are set :

Const DBPath = "c:\databases"
Const DBName = "troop1539.mdb"

The most common causes for database errors:
  • DBPath does not point to the correct folder
  • Your database is not in a Read/Write folder
