There is a $150 security deposit due at signing of contract and will be mailed back to you after event check. Hall cleaning will include vacuuming and wiping down of tables. If kitchen is used the counters will be wiped and floor mopped. All garbage is to be sacked up and placed in dumpster outside. Cancellation of contract may could result in forfeiture of deposit.

You agree to be liable for any VFW property that is damaged.

Payments are to be made 10 days prior to event . Make checks payable to VFW Post 4992 and mail to

The Post is not liable for personal or property injury or vehicle damage.
