6/28/2014 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM VFW Hall Riders should bring with them a road snack (fruit or trail mix or cliff bar or similar), a water bottle and or camel pack and a wind breaker. We will not be stopping at stores or mini marts. Riders should expect to ride continuously for 45 minutes at a time. We will keep the pace down but will resist stopping. The idea is to build stamina. The more stops the faster pace is required to complete the distance (turns into a vicious cycle quickly). Think marathon not sprint. |
